The wait is over. We will be Tapping 2 new beers, Wits End Double IPA and the Manic Black Lager.
The Wits End DIPA Boast over 130 IBU’s with over 5 pounds of hops per barrel. The malt bill is a modest one of just american pale malts and crystal malt giving it an ABV of 8.3%. The modest malt bill backs a huge hop note of floral, citrus, and pine with a resinous bitterness that is surprisingly balanced for it’s style.
Manic Black Lager is our fist lager with ABV of 4.8% and low hop bitterness. Manic Black Lager is a light body black lager with a good balance of roast and malt backed with a subtle noble hop character. The German Lager yeast let the malts and hops shine through leaving clean and crisp finish on the palate.
