Our festival will be Saturday, July 16th, 2022. Lowertown Blues & Funk Fest is a free, all ages event in Saint Paul, MN, located this year near the corners of University and Raymond Avenues. With Dual Citizen Brewing as a backdrop, we’ll fill Raymond Avenue with a big stage on the end! This is a culturally diverse and community event featuring live music from national and local artists. Food & Drink available on site.
