LTS Brewing Infused: Berry & Barb

Berry & Barb: an infusion that starts with a small batch of Belgian Golden Strong for the base beer. We then added fresh strawberries and rhubarb.
the result: Strong in all it’s flavors! The strawberries come on strong at first then the rhubarb finishes strong and rounds out the base golden strong flavors.
What’s an infusion? We do infusions every Thursday – always starting with one of our regular beers, then adding different flavors using adjuncts like fresh fruit, spices & herbs, unique extracts, and more! Sometimes we mimic our favorite desserts, cocktails, barrel aging, fruit beers, or just experiment to see what you think of the end result! We’re not saying they’re for everyone…but if you find one that interests you be sure to get here right away because they don’t last long. We only make 5 gallons and serve it until it’s gone. Stop in for a sample, order a 5oz pour, or go for the full 12 ounces! The only restriction is we don’t sell howlers of them until Sunday – if there’s any left – and no growler sales of the infused.
