Event Details
cc ctrl+alt+del: an infusion that starts with our Northern German-style Altbier for the base beer. We then added some fresh cherries, cocoa nibs, and cheesecake extract.
the result: A creamy smooth chocolate and vanilla taste with a hint of cherry on the finish. The flavors work together harmoniously for a beer drinking experience better than dessert at your favorite restaurant!
What’s an infusion? We do infusions every Thursday – always starting with one of our regular beers, then adding different flavors using adjuncts like fresh fruit, spices & herbs, unique extracts, and more! Sometimes we mimic our favorite desserts, cocktails, barrel aging, fruit beers, or just experiment to see what you think of the end result! We’re not saying they’re for everyone…but if you find one that interests you be sure to get here right away because they don’t last long. We only make 5 gallons and serve it until it’s gone. Stop in for a sample, order a 5oz pour, or go for the full 12 ounces! The only restriction is we don’t sell howlers of them until Sunday – if there’s any left – and no growler sales of the infused.
