LTS Brewing Infused: Funberry Tango

funberry tango: an infusion that starts with our Belgian-style blond for the base beer. We then add heaps of strawberries, blueberries, and mangos and let them do the tango together for a few days to really let the flavors settle in.

the result: a harmonious blend of berry flavors with a hint of tropical fruit and Belgian yeast esters lingering on your tongue.

What’s an infusion? We do infusions every Thursday – always starting with one of our regular beers, then adding different flavors using adjuncts like fresh fruit, spices & herbs, unique extracts, and more! Sometimes we mimic our favorite desserts, cocktails, barrel aging, fruit beers, or just experiment to see what you think of the end result! We’re not saying they’re for everyone…but if you find one that interests you be sure to get here right away because they don’t last long. We only make 5 gallons and serve it until it’s gone. Stop in for a sample, order a 5oz pour, or go for the full 12 ounces! The only restriction is we don’t sell howlers of them until Sunday – if there’s any left – and no growler sales of the infused.
