Kölsch is a bright, straw-yellow beer originating in Cologne, Germany. This style has mild hop character, being less bitter than a standard German pale lager. Brewed in the style of an ale, but cold-conditioned in the style of a lager, this clean, refreshing beer is a good starter for those newer to craft beer. We’re adding just lemon to one and ginger & lemon to the other so compare them and see which is your favorite!
