Event Details
Winter Solstice recognizes the darkest and shortest day of the year and celebrates the return of the light as each day begins to last longer. Gather with us for an evening of great beer, candlelight, and stories.
We will celebrate with the creation of a special beer, this year’s “Winter Solstice Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Hazelnut and Vanilla” that our brewer explains as one of his best. This limited release will be offered on tap at the brewery and in bottles to enjoy at home or as a gift.
We will also be releasing from our cellar two past dark beer favorites, “Neon Moon”, a pecan infused fan favorite from 2021, and Last Year’s “Winter Solstice”, barrel-aged in Old Elk Rye barrels with vanilla from 2022. We only have 1 keg of these aged favorites and they will be available on tap only.
Hana Bistro Food Truck will be onsite from 4pm on serving the best Chinese Food available in the Twin Cities.
