Join us in the taproom for the 2018 release of Polarnattens paradis, a winter stout infused with coffee and star anise. MoeDeLL will be here performing live and Gess What’s Cookin’ LLC. will be on site serving up delicious food truck goodness.
Polarnattens paradis is Swedish for “The polar night’s paradise”, and was inspired by the starkly beautiful polar regions of northern Scandinavia, where during the winter months the sun never rises above the horizon. This beer is densely dark and incorporates several flavors associated with winter – light smokiness, subtle rye spiciness, black licorice, and, of course, coffee.
