We are partnering with Modist Brewing Co. for a Beer Dinner! Four delectable courses paired with the best of Modist Brewing.

Your evening begins at 6:00 PM with a welcome reception of light charcuterie paired with Dreamyard IPA in our beautiful Cora’s Lounge. Come join us!

The Menu:
First Course – Scotch Egg – hard boiled egg wrapped in sausage, country gravy, biscuit crumble. Selected Pairing: First Call Cold Press Coffee Lager

Second Course – Soba Noodle Salad – cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, sugar snap peas, ginger soy vinaigrette, grilled shrimp, spicy & sweet chili glaze, basil, mint, scallion. Selected Pairing: False Pattern New England Pale Ale

Third Course – Short Rib Tostada – chili braised short rib, refried beans, tomato, grilled red onion, radish, cotija cheese, pickled fresno, cilantro, blue corn tortilla. Selected Pairing:

Fourth Course – Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake – bitter orange curd, Frangelico cremeux, hazelnut shortbread streusel. Selected Pairing: Hazelnut Imperial Stout
