Our oak foeders are basically made of wood bones. Which means every forest is technically made of bones, a Forest of Bones if you will. That would also mean that we age our foeder lagers on bones, which is pretty metal if you ask us.
Introducing Forest of Bones, an Italian Pilsner brewed with Italian Eraclea barley malt, kettle hopped and dry hopped with Hallertau, Loral and Huell Melon. Then lagered and aged in our American oak foeders.
Forest of Bones will be available at the taproom starting Saturday, June 10 and will start going out to liquor stores Tuesday, June 13.
