Modist Brewing Imalready Sour Release

Have you ever thought to yourself, “Man, I really do love an Amaretto Sour, but I’m really craving a beer right now”? Well, thanks to the ingenious mind of Chef Ian Gray, you don’t have to worry about that anymore.

Introducing Imalready Sour, a collaboration with Chef Ian Gray. This Sour Ale was brewed with Minnesota malted barley and wheat. Then conditioned on Italian Amaretti di Saronno cookies, heaps of almonds, lemon juice and a touch of brown sugar. Bringing the beloved Amaretto Sour cocktail to the beer world. 7.5% ABV

Imalready Sour will be released in the taproom on Saturday, December 18th.
