Modist Brewing Mother Cactus Release

Cacti not only look cool, are easy to take care of, and are straight-up badass plants, but they also taste good. Which is why we’ve teamed up with the cactus geniuses at Mother Co. to create a cactus-inspired beer, that’s vibrant both in color and flavor.

Introducing MOTHER CACTUS, a collaboration with Mother Co.here in Minneapolis. Prickly Pear Agave Sour Ale brewed with pilsner malt, wheat malt, smoked malt, blue agave nectar, prickly pear fruit, and lime. This cactus-inspired sour is 4.8%.

Mother Cactus will be released in the taproom on Saturday, July 16th, and will begin to make its way to liquor stores on Tuesday, July 19th. Check back here on Tuesday for the local delivery schedule.

The first 50 people to order Mother Cactus on Saturday, July 16th will receive a free cactus or succulent courtesy of Mother Co.
