Some things in life go by way too fast. Like childhood, warm weather vacations in February, Minnesota summers, and that pint of pilsner you just finished. You should Slow It Up. Take a deep breath, slow pour that pilsner, sip it, enjoy it. Slow down and enjoy the little things.

Reintroducing Slow It Up, a Pilsner brewed with bohemian pilsner malt, kettle hopped with Huell Melon, Triple Pearl and Cryo Citra, then aged slowly in our oak foeders.

Slow It Up will be available at the taproom starting Saturday, February 18 and will begin to go to our retail partners Tuesday, February 21.
