New Beer Thursday: Strata

We’re especially excited about this release. Once and while we come across new ingredients and we try to find ways to learn what they actually can offer. This is an offshoot of Spirit Foul, which heavily utilizes Strata hops, but also incorporates Mosaic. The reason for a single hop beer, omitting the Mosaic, is that Strata is a new hop variety that we think is incredible.
By creating a single hop beer, we can explore what the hop has to offer in isolation, and truly let the tropical pineapple notes shine.
