Event Details
Northern Women in Angling is a special event that celebrates all women in the angling community. Whether you’re strictly a catch and release fly angler, an ice fishing aficionado, a conventional small mouth slayer, or even spear or bow anglers, we’re excited to share this common space and love for the outdoors with you.
Likewise, this event will be a great opportunity for those who are interested in learning more about the great sport of angling, and how you can get integrated into this welcoming community of education, outreach, and adventure. Whether you’ve never casted a line, or you’ve spent your entire life on the water, we can’t wait to meet you.
Admission to this event is completely free, with the invitation to donate to Casting for Recovery and be eligible for a whole bunch of door prizes. Casting for Recovery is an incredible national organization with a local chapter who curates fly fishing retreats for those within all stages of breast cancer treatment and recovery. Stay tuned for our donor lineup, along with introductions of all of our partners…
Join us at Able Seedhouse and Brewery for a low key evening of socializing, sharing stories, and sipping pints. With the intention of facilitating a space for women to network with other women, any and all who are enthusiastic about supporting the women angling community are welcome and encouraged to swing by.
See our evenings agenda below, and we’ll see you all there!
