OMNI Brewing 3rd Anniversary Party

We can’t believe it’s already been three years since we first started brewing craft beer in Maple Grove, but the calendar doesn’t lie, and if it weren’t for the support of our fans and customers, we wouldn’t have made it this far.

So on Friday, September 28th and Saturday, September 29th we’re hosting our 3rd Anniversary Party, and we’d love to have you come celebrate with us.

We promise this will be our biggest event of the year, with live entertainment, a craft market, and very special limited beer releases and infusions on both Friday and Saturday.

More details for each day are below. We hope to see you there!

***FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 28th***
(noon-11pm)

Live Jazz music starts at 6pm, special beer infusions will be released throughout the day, and Solos Pizza food truck will be onsite dishing out hot slices.

LIMITED BEER RELEASE (Friday): “Hug it Out” is a Mango Blackberry Sour IPA crafted exclusively for our 3rd anniversary party, and it’s our first Sour IPA. After 800 pounds of fruit spent two week battling it out in the fermenter, mango, blackberry, and a mild acidity come together to hug it out in this beer’s hop aroma.
*ABV – 5.5%
*IBU – 25
*Hops – Simcoe, Amarillo
*Malts/Grains – Malted Oats, Flaked Oats, Maris Otter, Dextrin
*Yeast – London Fog

Hug it Out will be available for sale starting at noon on Friday. There will be a limited number of Crowlers for sale.

***SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 29th***
(noon-11pm)

A craft market of local vendors will be running from 12pm-5pm, live music starts at 4pm (The Arcanes, The Moonlight Community, and Thick River Bishop), and special beer infusions will be released throughout the day, including infusions with Saturday’s very special beer release, Leon. The FUSED Craft Brewed Eats food truck will be onsite for when hunger strikes.

LIMITED BEER RELEASE (Saturday): “Leon” is an Imperial Stout crafted exclusively for our 3rd anniversary party. Why is it called Leon, you ask? Because we brewed it in honor of our Quality Control Specialist’s newborn son, Leon. And if you can’t make it on Saturday, take note that we’re aging some Leon in bourbon barrels for a special release next year. 🙂

*IBU – 22
*Hops – Cascade
*Malts/Grains – Malted Oats, American Pale, Chocolate, Carafa III, Beech Smoked
*Yeast – American Ale

Leon will be available for sale starting at noon on Saturday. There will be a limited number of bottles for sale.
