Join us on Thursday at Palmer’s Bar for the world premier of Chasing Waterfalls — a Tropical Blonde Ale with Pink Guava, Mango, and Toasted Coconut, brewed in collaboration with our dear friends at Rush River Brewing.
The ONE Fermentary & Taproom and Rush River teams will be hanging out. Chef Matti Sprague (Alma) will be making some cold-fermented, woodfire Hawaiian pizzas. And Minneapolis music legend Tony Zaccardi and friends will be spinning a playlist of Hawaiian vibes.
