We’ve brewed a beer with our best beer friends at Urban Growler Brewing Company! Celebrate the release of RockHop, an American Amber featuring 30 pounds of fresh Mt. Hood, Nugget and Cascade hops hand grown and picked by our owner, his family and staff.

From Urban Growler:
RockHop American Amber | 5.3% ABV | 30 IBU: Brewed as a collaboration with Rock Elm Tavern, this Fresh Hop Amber Ale features Cascade, Mt. Hood, and Nugget hops from the Helberg family farm (Troy’s in-laws) in Park Falls, WI. Picked straight off the vine and rushed straight to the brewery, fresh hops forego the customary drying process and make it into the boil kettle less than 24 hours after being picked, creating a unique harvest time treat for brewers and beer enthusiasts.
Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Copper
Aroma: Caramel Malt, grassy and floral hops, toffee
Palate: Treacle, caramel, grassy, orange blossom, floral
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a dry finish, little lingering bitterness
