September Pints for Pine

On Thursday, September 6th, Three Twenty Brewing Co will donate one dollar for every glass of beer sold to Family Pathways-Aging Services as a part of our monthly Pints for Pine non profit fundraising event. Additional donations are also accepted.

Family Pathways Aging Services are committed to helping East Central Minnesota age well, keep older people in their own homes, and serve the most isolated and vulnerable members of our communities. We strive to give caregivers the assistance they need to be supportive and remain healthy.

Aging specialists with knowledge and experience in the field of aging are available to provide confidential consultation on resources and comprehensive assessments to older adults and their families. Assessments are based on the unique needs of an individual. Multiple factors are considered, such as physical, emotional, and financial needs, as well as strengths and support systems. This results with a care plan which will utilize public and private resources, family and community support, and the older adult’s preferences.
