Spring Beer Dinner

Mark your calendar for Waldmann’s Spring Beer Dinner, Tuesday March 29th from 6-9pm! Once again Chef Jonathan and Head Brewer Adam are tag-teaming to create an incredible five-course dinner with expert beer pairings, this time featuring Short Ribs with Kaffeebier Glaze, Spring Vegetables and Expresso Crème Brulee and much more! (Additional menu details to follow—including equally crafted vegetarian options–as our locally-sourced early-spring ingredients come available.) One of the five beer pairings will be a first-release, completely unique black ale brewed from a hand-written, 120-year old recipe discovered by us in Anton Waldmann’s home village of Kleinostheim, Bavaria. Tickets $85 plus tax & gratuity. Indoor seating only. Reserve via eventbrite link while space is available. The $10 per-person reservation fee will be deducted from your tab. Parties may be grouped at a table, so book your tickets together if you prefer, or look forward to making new friends!
