Event Details
St. Patrick’s Day is on March 17th, but at Alloy we wanted to start the party early! Doors open at noon on Saturday, the 16th with Irish/Celtic music on the speakers and our release of the Midnight Snack Chocolate Stout. Plus, food truck B3 – Burgers Brats BBQ will be servicing the taproom starting at 2pm.

Description: Like the last piece of cake in your fridge that calls out to you in the middle of the night, this rich, delicious chocolate stout will satisfy that late night craving. Brewed by combining the grains and malts from some of the world’s best chocolatiers like Belgium, Germany and the UK, and then adding 12 pounds of cocoa nibs to the mix, the resulting beer is a well-balanced delight.
The real pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is that we will be releasing infusions of this beer throughout the day to keep the festivities going all night long! Our Mint infusion will be going all day; we are also releasing a Blueberry infusion at 2pm and a Raspberry infusion at 5pm.
