Starkeller Oktoberfest Pre-Party/ Astral Fusion Release

Join us at The Starkeller as we celebrate the upcoming Oktoberfest party at Schell’s Brewery and tap the first keg of Astral Fusion!

Astral Fusion is a mixed-culture Berliner Weisse that was aged for a year in our 80-year-old cypress wood lagering tanks before being transferred onto mangos for an additional three months, and then blended with a portion of raspberry Berliner Weisse before being bottled. The resulting beer is quite tart, bursting with a fruity blend of tropical stone fruit with a hint of raspberries on top of a lemony base acidity.

We will also be pouring Oktoberfest on tap all weekend long!

On Friday, with the purchase of a beer you will receive $1 off an Aki’s BreadHaus – German Style Baking pretzel!

We can’t forget about live music from 6-9pm provided by Becky Rae Dalton, as she plays country, southern rock, and alternative tunes!
