Ever think that you could create a fantastic pastry stout? Well, here is your chance to show us what you got.
We will be hosting the First Annual Giant Pastry Stout Mix Off.
Contestants will take Giantsbane, our Double American Stout and mix in what you think makes the perfect pastry stout and our panel of judges will be the judge of Best in Show and Most Spirit.
The Details:
No limit on the number of ingredients used.
Registration begins at 6pm and we will begin the mix off at 6:30pm. Judging will take place at 7pm, sharp.
Ingredients and Giantsbane will be provided, but each contestant is allowed to bring in two of their own ingredients.
Winners will be judged on the following:
-Taste
-Presentation
-Effort
*Bonus points will be awarded naming your concoction
Winner will receive a bottle of each of the two variants of the soon-to-be-released pastry stout, Duke of Bakesfordshire.
“Most Spirit” Award will receive a CROWLER of Giantsbane.
All participants will receive a beer token for their efforts.
