The Starkeller Binary Storm Release Party

Join us for the taproom release of Binary Storm, a combination of two different traditionally made Berliner Weisses that had both aged for a year in a pair of our Cypress wood foudres to create the base of this sour. We then added 5,000 pounds of Michigan boysenberries and gave it an additional three months of aging. Bright, sweet, floral aromas radiate from the glass along with notes of fruit loops. The juicy, sweet tart character of the boysenberries are on full display with a crisp, tangy acidity, and glowingly rich, jammy fruitiness.
