2018 is being dubbed the Year of the Boundary Waters as it’s the 40th anniversary of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness Act. Passed to protect and preserve the BWCAW in 1978, this landmark legislation is deserving of a year-long, multi-event celebration to renew our vows of conservation.
