Phobos is unlike anything else we’ve ever released. This dark sour was fermented and aged on Cabernet Sauvignon oak, then conditioned with peaches and black currants, creating notes of subtle oak tannins, cocoa, and red wine married with sweet peach, fig jam, and tart currants. It’s truly something special, and we cannot wait for you to try it.
Limited bottles will be available for presale starting Wednesday, 2/17, at 10am. Preorders can be picked up starting Friday, 2/19, at 4pm, when we’ll also have Phobos on tap and any remaining bottles will be available to purchase in-house and online.
