Valentine's Day Celebration

We are so excited to welcome you to our very first prix fixe dinner at Saint Paul Brewing to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We are featuring four courses with craft beer and cocktail pairings. Also showcased, is a heritage hog that was fed on our spent grain from a local farmer.

The menu is as follows:

1st Course: Charcuterie Board with Salumi, Fenugreek Gouda, Pepper Jam, Rosemary Flatbread, Crostini, Cornichons and Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans
Paired with: French 75 Cocktail

2nd Course: Miso Soup with Crispy Leeks and Shiitake Mushrooms
Paired with: Fond Memories Cream Ale

3rd Course: Barley Fed Heritage Hog Medallions with Creamy Quinoa, Asparagus, Fig Demi-glacé and Mint Coulis
Paired with: Crook’s Haven Rye Porter

4th Course: Strawberry Cake with Chocolate Ganache and Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Paired with: F**K Cancer Cherry Smoothie Ale

$150 per couple plus an 18% service charge and taxes.
