Valentine's Day Dinner and a Show

Love will be in abundance at 56 Brewing this Valentine’s Day – Friday, February 14th! Join us in The Barrel Room at 56 Brewing for dinner and lives music, with dinner seatings starting at 5pm, and live music starting at 8:30pm! Dinner includes free cover to the show.

DINNER:
Our good friend and pasta maestro, Rachael of Rachael’s Pasta, will be cooking up a 3-course Valentine’s Day Dinner in the The Barrel Room at 56 Brewing, accompanied by a flight of 56 Brewing!
There will be two seatings – 5:00pm and 6:30pm – with meat and vegetarian-friendly options for each course, and also featuring some 56 Brewing beer-infused pasta! Take a peek at the course options below:

Course 1️⃣ :
Tortellini en Brodo with Roasted Winter Vegetables
(or) Citrus Salad with Lemon Ricotta and Green Goddess Dressing (VEG)

Course 2️⃣:
Black Iron Porter Orecchiette with North Shore Smoked Fish and Puffed Wild Rice
(or) Butternut Squash Gnocchi with Gorgonzola Cream and Smoked Walnuts (VEG)

Course 3️⃣:
Stout Affogato (VEG)
