We’ve come a long way from our 1st batch to our 100th batch. #100beersin9months Come to the Venn taproom on Friday, September 28 to be among the first to taste BATCH 100!
Batch 100: Holy Trinity Triple IPA | 11.4% ABV | 100 IBU
We brewed a ridiculous, over-the-top Triple IPA featuring the “holy trinity” of hops:
– Citra
– Mosaic
– Simcoe
Using standard pellets, cryo pellets, resinate, and extract, it was hopped at every opportunity:
– Mash hops
– First-wort
– Bittering
– Mid-boil
– Whirlpool
– Fermentation
– And lastly, three dry hop additions
The Herbivorous Butcher will be on site to fill your bellies!
