We took our Amazing Grand Cru and teamed up with Alexis Bailly Vineyards to make this one of a kind Red Wine Barrel aged Grand Cru! We started with Alexis Bailly’s award winning red wine barrels and filled them with our own Grand Cru. 10 months later we have a beer with complicated notes of sour plum with the bold backbone of a Belgian Quad. Coming in at 10% ABV, this is a Grand Cru for the record books!
