
Continuing our March releases of funked up hybrids, join us in the tasting room on Saturday, March 16 for the release of Sting of the Thorn.
This mead/sour hybrid was aged in blackberry mead barrels on approximately blackberry puree and additional mead. After aging in the blackberry mead barrels for 6 months, the tart, jammy beer was bottle conditioned to round out a beer that blurs the lines between beer and mead.
Bottles will be available on Saturday, March 16 at noon (11:30am for Forgotten Barrel Society members). $25 a bottle, no limit.
