Wild Mind Double Depth Charge Crowler Release

The Double Depth Charge series returns with FOUR new variants available in crowlers. Each was brewed using coffee in different forms to balance with a heavy, dark malt bill and a high ABV.

Double Depth Charge: HOT – 11.3% ABV
Imperial stout highlighting espresso, a hot preparation of coffee. Brewed using pulled shots of UP Coffee Roasters Matador Blend Espresso, DDC: HOT has a chocolate malt character to complement the roasty, creamy espresso profile.

Double Depth Charge: COLD – 11.3% ABV
Imperial stout brewed using cold brew made using coarse ground Sumatra coffee beans from UP Coffee Roasters.

Double Depth Charge: CAFE MOCHA – 10.4% ABV
Imperial stout brewed with chocolate malt, chocolate wheat, and milk sugar. This was then aged on cacao nibs, liquid cacao nibs, and coarse ground UP Coffee Roasters Cameroon Mount Oku coffee beans.

Double Depth Charge: COFFEE CAKE – 10.4% ABV
An ode to coffee cake, this imperial stout was brewed with chocolate malt, chocolate wheat, and lactose and aged on cinnamon sticks, vanilla beans, and whole bean UP Coffee Roasters Minnesota Mud Blend.

These dark coffee bombs will be available Saturday, February 9 at 11:30 for FBS members and noon for the general public. All DDC variants are available in crowlers and on tap.
