Wild Mind La Reine Bottle Release

Our next bottle release is fit for a queen.

Join us in the tasting room on September 15 for the release of La Reine, an American wild ale that was barrel-aged for 18 months in neutral oak barrels with our resident micro-flora. The beer was reconditioned on hundreds of pounds of rhubarb, blackberries, and boysenberries for two months before being bottle conditioned for four months to provide extra flavor depth. This tart fruited sour pours a beautiful royal purple and has notes of rich berry to accompany plenty of funk.

Bottles will be available starting on Saturday, September 15th at 12pm. Forgotten Barrel Society members can have early access starting at 11:30am. Due to limited amount there will be no online pre-sales. Cost is $20 per 750ml bottle. Limit 2 per person.
