Wild Mind La Rose Blanche Bottle Release

We’re capping off a month of hybrid, out-of-the-box beer releases with La Rose Blanche, a spontaneously fermented ale conditioned on whole Pinot Grigio grapes.
Mature, foeder-aged spontaneous beer was added to the blending tank onto the grapes for whole fruit fermentation. Since the Pinot Grigio grape is a white flesh, red skin fruit, the end result is a rosé-esque appearance with a tropical aroma to pair with the fruity and tart sour base.
Bottles will be available on Saturday, March 30 at noon (11:30am for Forgotten Barrel Society members). $18 a bottle, no limit.
