Event Details
June’s barrage of fruited, wood-aged bottle releases continues on June 8 with the release of Spontané Framboise.
This year’s blend is one-year-old and two-year-old spontaneously fermented wild ales that was conditioned on raspberries per gallon to create a sour, jammy, wild ale that’s bursting with fruit notes. Spontané Framboise pours deep red, smells of spring, and tastes like you’re biting into a freshly picked raspberry.
Spontané Framboise will be available in bottles and on-tap starting at noon on Saturday, June 8. Bottles are $25, limits will be decided prior to opening on Saturday. (FBS Members: Check your email for important presale information.)
