Knowledge is sour. Join us at Hopcat on February 20th as we go back to school to learn all about sour beer!
Meet with Adam Theis, Head Brewer of Wooden Soul – Indeed’s wild, sour, and barrel-aged beer program, as well as Indeed Co-Founder, Nathan Berndt. They’ll discuss the differences between kettle sours and barrel-aged sours, plus talk bacteria, yeast, barrel-aging techniques, and all the funky stuff involved in brewing Indeed’s sour beers. You’ll taste various rare Indeed sours and learn how each one was developed.
